Our Founder

Danielle van Blerk


Danielle started her recruitment career in 2008 with an established IT recruitment firm based in Rivonia. Her passion for recruitment and HR is evident in her personality and her relationships with her clients and candidates. Her career in recruitment and HR grew within the industries of banking, financial services, travel and tourism, customer service, call centre and Information technology. Danielle is an all rounder and fully understands the end to end process of recruitment and has an innate nature as an HR professional. She developed and elevated her skills with regards to culture and organisational transformation. One of her core strengths would have to be client engagement, administration, performance management and talent acquisition. Taking on this business venture is surely a journey to empower me to make a difference and to foresee the future of our generations to come.
